Lyall Bay last Sunday. A decent southerly swell and a light northerly usually means crowds out at the bay....especially on the weekend.

Finally got my ass back on the bike today. Nothing too exciting....just a quick trip (on the road) up Mt Vic on the Merlin, then back down the singletrack. The legs have got no kick and the lung capacity is laughable. My next race (The Crazyman) is coming up on May 5.....which gives me a month to find a bit of form. Should be a challenge!
