Declan at his bike shop in Aro Valley with GK's old Merlin. Dec's built it up as one of the sweetest singlespeeds in the city...inlcuding carbon rigid fork, gold chainring and a fancy, invisible chain tensioner (it's in the rear hub). Go you good thing!

Eastbourne wharf for the start of the Crazyman 2007 duathalon. Rich Buchan cranked out the run for our team.....then handed over to me for the bike leg. This had to be one of my worst rides ever. It's been months since I've done any training and it all came back to bite me on the ass on the second climb. I've either gotta start training or give up racing!
